Mountain State Wellness & Salt Spa is excited to bring our services to the Ohio Valley. Our mission is to provide not only an atmosphere that fosters relaxation and self care, but also serve to provide improved physical health and mental wellness, as well. Salt Spa Services are open on most Mondays and Fridays, by appointment only. Payment by card only. Most Health Savings account are accepted. Please check with your employer or insurance provider.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up that require you to cancel. It is appreciated if you could kindly notify us through our website as soon as possible. This allows us to be able to offer the canceled appointment time to others. Please be sure to review your initial paperwork carefully when first scheduling your appointment, as there may be potential fees that could occur for a specific service when canceled with less than 24 hours notice or for a no show.
